All Orders will be shipped via UPS, DHL or FEDEX service anywhere in the Continental United
States.
International orders are subject to

Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason you are unhappy with your
purchase, you may return it for an exchange or a
credit towards other merchandise within 30 Days
of receipt. To help keep prices low and quality
high, we do not issue refunds on any equipment.
Once an order is placed, it is not subject to
cancellation. Defective items may be exchanged
within 30 days of original purchase. Customer is
responsible for shipping charges on exchanged
non-defective items. (To arrange an exchange on
a defective item, email
RMA@worldeyecam.com . Exchanged
items must be in new condition with all manuals,
packaging, and accessories. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all
returned goods. After 30 days there are no
returns on any items. To obtain a return authorization number,

RMA@worldeyecam.com. No returns will
be accepted without a valid Return Authorization
Number. Merchandise will be returned postage due
if no RMA number is obtained prior to the return.

Sales Taxes Collected
If your order is shipped to you from a different
state, we do not collect any sales taxes on that
item. All California orders are charged sales
taxes on all items. Some items are shipped
directly from the manufacturer and may be
charged tax if you are located in the state the
manufacturer ships from. If you have questions,
